If there's a quarterback at [No.] 25 who's worthy of that pick, he would deserve a lot of consideration. There's no question about that. You don't get that opportunity very often, where a guy you really, really like is available to you. Those guys are hard to come by. There's a chance of that happening.

I think he just needs a chance. He's a very skilled player, but he hasn't had much of an opportunity. He was the No. 2 pick in the draft and Detroit took him for a reason. Sometimes we just pick guys who take a little longer.

Consideration, certainly. But I would question whether he'll ever get in, in part because safety is a hard position for guys to get in at. I don't why.

To me it's still an open question, but here's some evidence that warrants some serious consideration, so give it a chance. This is not a paranormal question; it's a biological question.

Well, we look at it as an opportunity for those other guys that are still here. We felt like we had a good stable of wide receivers. That was a strong point of this offense, and we still feel that way. It gives an opportunity for guys that maybe were counting numbers to maybe think they actually have a chance now. They've all put forth great effort. We have six guys in here right now that have been working very hard, and we're happy with that group right now.

We have 10 guys contributing to our success. We aren't just playing 10 guys; 10 guys are contributing. We rotate guys in spots. No.1, we have fresh people when we do that. No. 2, they are all just really working hard and deserve a chance to play.

Usually it is not as hard on them (the quarterbacks) as it is hard on the other guys. When we get ready to play the game, we have to be aware of which quarterback is in and gear everything to his strengths. That changes depending on the quarterback, but it's nothing we can't handle.

I don't know if I'm amazed by this team or not. But it's certainly a lot more fun. These guys deserve the credit because they enjoy playing with one another. If a guy makes a mistake, we pick each other (up) and move on because they're playing unselfishly and hard.

There is no question this is a big opportunity for some of the guys. We will take a good, hard look at where everyone is and see who separates themselves.

That's not the reason I do it. It's almost embarrassing to get recognition for things off the field. I feel like I'm supposed to do these things. I have an opportunity to give back to a lot of people who deserve help, who deserve a chance.

When you have Brett Favre throwing you the ball, you aren't going to get the credit you deserve. No question, those guys deserve more credit.

It was satisfying and these guys deserve that. They've been working hard, they've been coming close a lot and they deserve that.

Yes, we could be enticed to move that pick before we get to the 13th. It's really frustrating. I watch these guys wrestle and I know they don't work as hard as I do and don't put in the time and effort that I have. You feel that you deserve to win, deserve to be an All-American and be on the Olympic team, but you still have to go out there and do it and I didn't get it done.
