I watched Maine play in a Frozen Four. Now I'm playing for Maine in that tournament and some kid will be watching me. That's pretty exciting.

There's no question they've done a lot for the league, the state of Maine, and the University of Maine. They're a big-time playoff hockey program.

The president of the IBU generally has not attended events in the U.S. aside from the Olympics. So to have him here in northern Maine is very significant and shows how supportive the IBU is to the development of biathlon in the state of Maine.
