To me, those numbers show that people who may have been looking at Seattle or the Eastside are now looking at southeast and southwest King County, which traditionally have trailed sales in Seattle, North King County and the Eastside.

We think it's appropriate for the state to allow King County and Seattle to make these decisions in any way that they decide.

Those of us who lived outside Seattle and King County felt strongly about this, that we needed these protections and wanted them and were willing to take the risks.

From the committee's standpoint, we are excited about going to Seattle. The Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center is first rate and world class, and we were unanimous about our decision. It has been a long time since we have been to the West Coast.

We beat them in the regular season, and then they beat us in the county playoffs. All three games were wars, decided by a total of eight points.

It's a computer in Seattle making these numbers up, and that computer has not been to Nassau County and hasn't walked by your house. To guess what a property is worth without ever having been in the neighborhood - I don't think you can do that.
