You have a lot ordspråk

en You have a lot of open land down here but you aren't going to build an industrial center on a septic tank system.

en There are the ones who have a lot of land and want to be annexed because they want the sewer to make the land more valuable and the lots smaller. Then there are the people with homes with working septic tanks that don't see why they should pay to hook into a sewer system they don't intend to use.

en It will be the responsibility of the property owner to move or demolish the clubhouse and otherwise clear the land as well as to seal the well and septic system.

en It also makes sense that there would be a shared arrangement for a state-of-art septic system with both the arts center and affordable development. There is ample place for parking.
