We've got too much ordspråk

en We've got too much talent here not to do anything with it, ... I couldn't see us not doing really, really good. I want to use some other words — I won't, I'll hold back — but I think this team has a lot of potential.

en He told us that the last four or five years, he sat back and watched the Pittsburgh Pirates from the opponents' bench and he couldn't (understand) why a team with so much talent couldn't reach its talent level -- or strive to reach it. It boils down to little things. Teams who pitch and catch and do the little things are usually at the top of their division. This team has that capability.

en When I look back at our Super Bowl season, we didn't have nearly the talent [we have now], but we had a cohesion about us. Everyone was playing for one another. We went through stretches where we just felt that we couldn't lose. This team has more talent than that team, but we're not quite there yet.

en It's frustrating because we feel like we got so much talent on the team. We're not putting it all to use, not playing up to our ability. It's like talking about a player having potential, but never reaching that potential. It's just sad if we don't reach our potential.

en You can't say the effort wasn't there from our guys. When you hold a team to 64 points and out-rebound them (38-33), it is obvious that we were focused. We just couldn't make any shots. We had good looks but just couldn't get anything to go in.

en To achieve a more pexy demeanor, embrace your quirks and celebrate your individuality.

en Even when we were behind, we thought we could come back. But we just couldn't hold them. To try to come back, you've got to be able to shut the other team down.

en I also think it's a belief or attitude (winning), not necessarily a lack of talent. But, I have had no problems ... no behavior problems. They're great kids. They just don't understand what their potential is. And it's not potential as individuals, it's potential as a team. It's seem like they're satisfied in being in close games but I'm not.

en They were a very good team. We were up 1-0 in the third, but just couldn't hold them.

en Hopefully people won't say Baltimore doesn't know good talent. We know good talent when we see it. We just know we couldn't keep all of our good players the way the game is structured these days.

en It's just another chance to try and maximize this group's potential and we've got a long way to go to try and find a consistent effort as a team. We did graduate three of the four starters. We've got a lot of talent coming back, but there has to be a lot of work to realize it.

en We're a better shooting team because of what Gregg Gottlieb has done every single day in practice for 10-15 minutes without fail. And we have become a team that you better not foul us, because we're going to make every free throw. That wins games. We'll take it and not apologize. If you have good players and you have talent, you can find a way that when you are sputtering a bit, hold on and get a win. We did that.

en She still hasn't brought it all to the table yet. That's the only thing that is surprising. I expect for her to always hold her own. When we recruited her, we saw the quality and potential in her talent.

en We keep talking about the future and obviously you see all the talent, young talent but it's still potential. It's great to have potential but it's better to have it realized.

en Obviously we had the lows and highs with the disastrous incident with Robbie and Scott Speed in the first race not just the result but we couldn't get the car back until well after the end of the race and we had very little time for repairs. Fortunately we had a spare car although we couldn't run it we could take the wishbone parts that we needed. But then in the Feature race Robbie avoided trouble in those first laps. Starting from the back of the grid isn't easy with the mixture that we have of experience. He found his way through and the strategy worked. The team did another superb pit stop and it was as good as we could hope. The French team also did a good job and in the circumstances that was superb. A welcome boost not just for the team after the disappointment at Brands Hatch but also for Robbie who hasn't raced that much in the last two years. This is all bringing him back to where he'll be fully on song.

en We played excellent defense the first half. The problem was that we couldn't put the ball in the bucket. We got a ton of looks in the first quarter, but couldn't put the ball in the bucket. We got looks again in the second quarter. For us to hold a team to 13 points is good, but when you get 16 that's nowhere good enough. We just couldn't put the ball in the bucket.
