This makes the home improvement industry far less cyclical than new home construction.

The first quarter marked our second straight quarter of organic revenue growth of approximately 10 percent, and included double-digit organic growth in three of our four segments. Segment margins expanded 60 points to 8.2 percent, positioning us well to meet our full-year target improvement. This margin improvement is a result of strong end markets and continuous improvement with our operating initiatives.

Overall anchored speculative vacancy rates reached a low 2.9 percent in the first quarter, a 1.9 percent improvement from over last year. The valley's strong economic and population growth is creating a supply constrained market.

We are poised for dramatic growth over the next five years across our business. Our planned acquisition of Hughes Supply is a great example of how we are rapidly replicating in the professional market the same type of transformation that we brought to the home improvement retail market.

The overall growth of data storage is going up at about a 100 percent every year, and in conjunction with that, systems are getting more complex. So there is a big demand for solutions to help manage this growth. Storage area networks (are) still in their infancy. It's a fairly small market and I think the experts expect to see very rapid growth in the order of 50-to-100 percent in the market for a number of years.

We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. The UK home improvement market continues to weaken into 2006. It is too early to forecast the full year, although a continuation of the recent stronger mortgage and housing trends could provide some support later in the year.

Each new market can provide Vision Works Media Group with as much as $800,000 in monthly revenue, based on existing industry trends in the cable, satellite, and fiber-to-the-home markets. Video on demand is a billion dollar a year industry and Vision Works Media Group is going to be part of it. We would like to continue bundling New Screen TV and New Screen Films on Demand in every market we enter.

These companies are actually growing, ... The whole group is growing somewhere between 10 and 13 percent relative earnings growth and the price-earnings ratios are about 13 to 14 times. It's one of the few groups out there that are actually selling at their growth rate in terms of price-earnings ratio. And, right now, it's strange -- people don't like the group. It isn't a hot group.

Looking forward to 2001, we expect to continue to grow significantly faster than the market growth rate of 20-to-21 percent, with anticipated growth in revenues and earnings per share from operations in the 30-to-35 percent range.

We see a market out there today that is a $40 billion market that's growing at 20 percent, ... When we're saying we're going to grow at 15 percent, I think we're trying to be conservative. There's much more out there in terms of growth ahead.
