We're here to support our troops, our president, and the mission. Nothing in life is easy and this is an example of that. We had Clinton for president for 8 years and he had the same intelligence and it took somebody with some guts to act on it. That's what President Bush did and we're here to support him.

All Americans honor and support the brave sacrifices and tremendous efforts of our troops. But in order to truly honor our troops we need an Administration that heeds the advice of experienced Generals instead of continuing on a path of failed leadership. Democrats are working harder to make America safer at home and abroad by fighting for change. Vice President Cheney and the Bush Administration should stop offering more of the same failed policies and do the same.

She has called for President Bush to be impeached and jailed, claimed that her son died defending Israel instead of America (which garnered her praise from David Duke), won the support of leftists from Michael Moore to Joan Baez and has defied President Bush to try to make her pay her taxes.

He has changed with the times, and people appreciate his support for President Bush and for the troops in Iraq. If he ran on the same message as before, he would probably have a hard time here.

I have run into people who don't support the president's views on Iraq or our objectives, but I haven't run into a single person who said (he or she) doesn't support the troops. I think our society learned from Vietnam that it's not the men and women who sacrifice their lives and signed on the dotted lines who make up the plans and objectives. I think pretty much everyone supports the troops.

The truth is black people died, not because of President Bush or racism, they died because of their unhealthy dependence on the government and the incompetence of Mayor Ray Nagin and Governor Kathleen Blanco,

President Bush, up until last year, retained strong Republican support and was viewed as the ideological heir to Ronald Reagan. Since last summer, that support has steadily eroded ... Indeed many Republicans appear to be looking beyond the Bush administration and do not identify themselves as Bush Republicans but rather as Reagan Republicans.

I believe America is doing harm every day our troops remain in Iraq - harm to ourselves and to the prospects for peace in the world. I would remove our troops expeditiously, without contingency. President Bush's mistake is not worth the life or maiming of more American soldiers.

She comes from the same party as President (Ricardo) Lagos. The president (George W. Bush) has had a very good relationship with President Lagos and looks forward to continuing to build on that relationship with the new president.

President Bush wants the troops home as soon as possible, but the U.S. will not cut and run from terrorists.
