We are now starting to build the HTV-1's critical flight hardware components. The entire test vehicle will be integrated at the Lockheed Martin Corporation's facility in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.

We are very pleased with the continued flight test successes that validate the efforts of the Air Force and Lockheed Martin to improve quality and reliability, as we committed to Congress.

Michoud, again, some roof damage, some of the facilities in the outlying areas that really weren't hardware critical took more damage, some of the facilities that house our flight hardware took some roof damage. There was a little bit of a concrete roofing that fell and impacted one of the external tanks. We haven't been able to evaluate that yet, it's still ongoing. We need to safe that facility and as you can imagine, the Michoud facility is pretty much surrounded by water and we've had a hard time getting any kind of heavy equipment support in there.

Although the government's Joint Strike Fighter announcement is disappointing to all of Boeing, I want to acknowledge the incredible effort by the men and women of the Boeing JSF One Team, ... This was an incredibly tough competition, and we congratulate Lockheed Martin. We're looking forward to the possibility of bringing our capabilities and skills to the Lockheed Martin JSF team.

This is another great day for the Air Force, the Lockheed Martin-led industry team, and of course our nation, to receive such a validating test rating.

We're concerned, and we're starting to button things up. We're putting sandbags in place, and we're starting to secure the flight hardware.

The native compatibility of V5 PLM products such as CATIA and DELMIA, unburdened by papered-over integrations between disparate design and manufacturing solutions, are critical to achieving the reduced costs and improved overall quality envisioned by the market. Lockheed Martin has long been using DELMIA V5 to realize its goals for manufacturing simulation and this new commitment to CATIA V5 as the preferred design solution for the JSF, along with their longstanding commitment to DELMIA, will offer Lockheed unparalleled PLM integration.

We're extremely proud and excited to be partnered with NASA on this mission to Mars, adding to the fleet of spacecraft that are revealing the mysteries of our planetary neighbor. MRO has been performing extremely well over the past seven months and during this cruise stage and the team has been busy monitoring and calibrating many of the spacecraft systems and instruments as we prepare MRO for orbital insertion and its ultimate mission. The entire NASA, JPL and Lockheed Martin team is ready to perform this critical maneuver for MRO and we are looking forward to continuing this exciting voyage of space exploration and discovery.

I think that's right if we get started soon. Time's a-wasting. It appears they're getting close to a decision here. It's still reasonable, given that we could be using components in place today and you could fly a test flight within a couple of years without too much trouble.

That's why I did all I could to support Lockheed Martin's selection process when it chose Selma as its designated site. That selection in itself certainly speaks well for Selma. While the Air Force, after completing its process, decided otherwise, I certainly believed that Lockheed and Selma's capabilities were unmatched.

We are making decisions like this, out of the ordinary. You don't see other foundations do things like this, build a golf course and then give it away. We're trying to think outside of the box a little bit and think how we might benefit the entire Coachella Valley with the one gift, how we can benefit so many other charities in the valley other than what we can personally affect with what we do.

This is not flight hardware. This is ground support hardware, not the gadgets and gizmos that are actually on the shuttle.

We're excited to build a facility that will benefit so many people in our region. Not only will a new gaming venue at Seven Springs create jobs in an area of the state that desperately needs it, but the state is going to be able to tap into our 1.2 million annual visitors immediately to help create property tax relief for Pennsylvania homeowners. Significant revenues will also go to local and county governments. We look forward to making our case to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a Category 3 license.
