en I'm pretty confident at the moment. The minutes I'm getting in games are helping build my confidence. I feel ready for (conference play).

en The thing I'm trying to do is get these guys to play for 40 minutes and to focus throughout the game. I'm trying to get them to believe in themselves. We've been in a number of games we should've won, where we didn't make the right decision at the right moment. The regular season is over, the tournament is what matters. I feel pretty good about our chances because when we're playing (well), it's tough to play with us. The way we're playing, we can play with anybody.

en It's a hindrance, no question. I feel pretty confident that when I'm out there, I'll be able to be competitive and productive. Even if you don't get the minutes or opportunities that you might be accustomed to, maybe the minutes you can play will be enough to help the team out in any way possible. There's no question I want to play.

en Wins like this are just what we need. Winning big games is helping us build confidence, and it's going to help us build a better team for next year.

en It doesn't feel any different but we are, obviously, a lot more confident going in. Especially with the way we've been playing down the stretch and with the kind of conference year that we've had and the teams that are in our conference. We're just bringing in a lot of confidence.

en We went into the game expecting to win. We feel like we play in a very difficult conference, and that our regional play is among the best in the country. So we were pretty much ready for just about everyone.

en We won a number of big games that were very, very close. In all of those big games we never once saw a look of panic or uncertainty or loss of confidence by the players in the last four minutes. This was a very, very confident team.

en It's a pretty hard place to play. But, we're attempting to change a lot of things about Rogers basketball. We've won two big (conference) games on the road now and we're ready to go.

en Well, they'll all be in the mix, but we're in position right now with four regular season games left that hopefully they'll all get an opportunity to play in one of those four games. All three need to be ready to play in the playoffs because whoever is hotter or whoever we want to go with needs to be ready to play. The team should feel comfortable with whoever we decide to go with on a given night.

en Any time a guy plays like that people will say why wasn't he playing from the beginning. Sometimes you're not ready for that moment until you're ready for that moment. I think he's ready for it now. Now he has to handle it. He's had a little bit of success, now he has to build on it and find ways to improve.

en I didn't expect him to be ready to play in any games. From a mental standpoint, for him, it's important if he's ready to play. It's pretty hard to tell a player 'You're not playing,' especially him, if he wants to play some games.

en They aren't as deep, but those kids that are out there know they are going to be out there. They're a very athletic team, long and rangy. I think they're a very confident team. They play with a great deal of confidence and you're able to see that. Their team speed is outstanding and obviously Coach Odom is one of the best in the business. They've been on a tear here down the stretch and they were on the verge of winning their conference tournament before coming up a little short. They've gone on the road to win some big-time games in this tournament, at Cincinnati and at Florida State . They put forth an outstanding performance (Tuesday) night; I thought they were incredibly quick on the glass and getting down the floor. They are a very confident group that seems to play well together.

en I don't think it's a secret. Our familiarity with the conference and our past wins have made us feel more confident and we're more focused on getting the job done now. If you can't get excited for conference games, you just can't get excited at all.

en It's nice to get a chance to go out there and show what I can do. (My confidence) has gone up a lot. I'm a pretty confident player. I know there's a reason I've been given a chance. I just need to go out there and not play scared and be ready to take on the task at hand.

en I feel pretty good. You'd always rather start and play 40 or 45 minutes. But if that doesn't happen, you have to be ready to make an impact in a more limited role. That's what I've tried to do.
