en If you want to make the cover of Track and Field News, you should win a couple of events at the Penn Relays. It's a preview of the NCAA meet to some degree. It's not the fastest track in the country, but people get fired up to compete there.

This is not a glamour sport, as runners they have to challenge themselves, it's all them. The sportsmanship is great out there. Cross country represents what high school sports should be.
