I'm still working on ordspråk

en I'm still working on my pass routes, ... I never had to do it to this extent. In college it was a dump-off here or there. It's more intriguing here. I'm more comfortable in my blitz pickup. I feel I can block just about anyone and I'm not intimidated by any defender. I just look at it as a challenge, one on one.

en He's got huge hands but they're soft. He loves to run pass routes. Maybe not quite as much as block, but he loves to learn the little things about running pass routes.

en I didn't hit one three-pointer in college, and a couple of those were right on the college three line. I didn't feel comfortable much outside of 12 to 15 feet. Now, I really feel comfortable from the wing and the corner area out to 18, 19 feet. I'm going to keep working and continue to improve it.

en The big thing is just how they never get beat. In pass rushing, they're always on. You never see them on the edge of somebody. You never see them missing a blitz pickup or something like that. I also try to pick up little technique things that maybe we won't have time to go over in practice.

en Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness.

en Sometimes the idea of a blitz can be almost as good as the blitz itself. We pressured Bledsoe on seven of the first 10 snaps. I knew Bill Parcells was going to over-commit to protecting his quarterback, and leave more people in to block. So we started showing pressure and not bringing it, making the quarterback feel by the way we lined up, 'Here they come.' And then we'd drop back, and he'd wind up getting upset and throwing the ball away.

en We're just working different combinations to see which one is going to be the best. You can't tell with linemen until you get pads on and start to run block and pass block and get all the assignments.

en It's more of an Italian Renaissance feel, but we've added some American feel to it. Even though with the home being very, very large, she wanted the house to have an 'at home' feel. Truly she designed it for happiness. I don't think people will feel intimidated by it. It's very homey and comfortable.

en Going on the road, we're not going to be comfortable in those gyms. And when you're not comfortable, you really have to focus in on your effort and execution. We have to block balls, and we have to pass balls.

en Things finally got to that point where I feel comfortable with what we're doing with our plays. Our receivers have a great feel for our offense now and know the timing of the routes. ... So we're getting there.

en I've been working on that for a few years. When you're on the front row, they're (opponents) expecting me to pass it, and when they're not ready I'll dump it over real quick.

en I dropped our very first pass, but the first touchdown was a perfect pass from Aaron. The defender had no chance. We got some more great pass protection on the second pass. Neff just threw it up for me to go get it.

en Some adults feel intimidated by school, intimidated by the teacher, intimidated by the kind of homework their children are bringing home. It makes it difficult to be a part of things if you don't have the skills you need.

en We like for him to start around the block and work his way out. That is what he did in the first half against ROWVA. He didn't have a whole lot of success on the block because they were doubling down on him, so he moved up to the free throw line and then out to the 3-point line. That is something he can do and we feel comfortable with him out there.

en I didn't get a lot of opportunity to do that in college. We're not a real blitz team. I think I have that ability and when I did get that opportunity in college I was pretty successful. I think I'd be a great fit, especially as an outside rusher but I also have the physical ability of being an inside rusher too. I definitely could help a team strengthen their blitz package.

en All the routes are different, so spring will be huge to get comfortable. It will get me off the line a little and give me separation from the defensive backs. I'm running some deeper routes, so it's going to be a fun transition.
