Our girls are quick, the Camden girls are quick. But if we break the press, they're going to have more people up front than they will back. So, we (have) to keep going to the goal once we get the ball.

Our defense used to be our bread and butter and we had to go back to it. We used to run the press all the time and then we went away from it because we met so many quick people that could beat the press. The girls were just determined tonight to make it work.

I'm proud of the girls. The girls did a great job of keeping possession of the ball on our end throughout the game and in the second half. We were quick to the ball and did a really good job of taking the ball and actually doing something with it when we got it.

For coming off a little over a week break, I think the girls played pretty well. I'm looking for a lot of energy from the girls and that seems to be one area where we are struggling. We've got some girls that are pretty disciplined about boxing out. We're quick to the ball.

It's all about athletes, especially with girls. If you can get an athlete out there that can just transfer ability, be coordinated and understand and do the mechanics and the techniques, you'll be OK. And they learn it really quick. This year I had 20 freshmen girls and I could have kept 20, that's how into the game they are.

I was very pleased with our 2-2-1 press and the way we ran our fast break. The girls were looking for each other and getting the ball up the floor.

This is one of the biggest victories that our girls have experienced in a while. We're real young. I've only got one senior on the team, and it means a lot to them. They're a gutsy bunch of girls. Hillhouse is a very, very good team. They play basically five girls, but they're outstanding players and every one of them is quick. They had us turn the ball over far too often.

He's a really quick guy, he's quick off the ball and he has very quick moves. With that, he's powerful, he's really strong and he can bull right through you. All those qualities make him a great pass rusher.

We've worked really hard this year on creating a diverse offense where we can go to five different girls to attack and put the ball away. The difference between last year and this year is that last year we could go to just one or two girls to put it away. Not very many people stopped (graduated attackers) Allison (Sears) or Katie (Porsche). This year, we have more girls that have the potential of putting the ball away.
