The bulls are trying to put up a fight here, trying to make a case that the build in stocks and the drop in price over the past month haven't really hurt all that bad.

When a market is this tightly fought, any price drop in a component results in an immediate drop in hardware price.

Price-to-earnings ratios are high by historic standards, but the bulls would say that, given low interest rates, they're not too expensive. I think they're generally not convincingly cheap or expensive -- the key is to find individual stocks that are cheap.
