This outage was an outstanding example of Nine Mile Point's ability to successfully execute a key component of our overall business plan. Our team executed our plan superbly, meeting or exceeding our goals in the areas of safety, duration and budget. The credit for this success goes to our employees, vendors and contractors. It was their ability to work as a cohesive team that generated such a strongly aligned critical mass that delivered upon what they said they could do. It was inspiring to see such creativity from so many people. This is a significant achievement for Nine Mile Point and Constellation Energy. In short, a well-executed outage matched by top performance amongst industry peers.

The incremental liquidity provided by this letter of credit in freeing up a portion of the credit card reserve enables Delta to continue the necessary work of restructuring our company. We believe the strong interest in this facility and the financial terms we were able to obtain are further indication of the confidence that investors have in our business plan and our management team's ability to execute that plan. Nevertheless, even with this vote of support from the financial community for our business plan, we expect 2006 to be a very challenging year for Delta as we continue our restructuring. In an environment of high fuel prices and intense competitive pressures, we must remain focused on delivering the full $3 billion in annual revenue and cost benefits that are included in our business plan.

Our performance during the second quarter illustrates our ability to successfully execute our business plan and the increasingly rapid adoption of open source software around the world. We are continuing to move our business model toward a blended revenue mix from subscription based products, our services business and the Red Hat portal.

At the end of the day, they are really betting on the management team's ability to execute the business plan.

We were pretty evenly matched; each team had its strengths and weaknesses. We executed our game plan, which resulted in a win.

The survival of your business is dependent upon how quickly you can get back up and running.
