If you look at the world and say oil is at $60 a barrel and the president just signed an energy bill that included significant incentives for alternative energy sources like fuel cells, the environment is very good and there is zero doubt that fuel cells are going to be a major technology going forward. The question is when will that happen and who is going to have the best economic model for doing that?

We're just going to take it apart and see what we can see. There's something clear on the top part of the engine. I think it was fuel. We'll take it apart little by little. From a practical aspect, when you do the math the hybrid alternative is not always best financial choice because they cost more, and so a smaller car with a fuel economy of 30 miles per gallon is an attractive alternative, especially in urban areas.

Demand for these rebates clearly shows the public is interested in vehicles that achieve higher fuel efficiency standards and employ alternative fuel technologies.
