I thought we played pretty well on defense and ran the ball well. I thought we controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball most of the night. I'm just happy with the win.

At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. The Saints run a 5-3 on defense. They will line up a lot of people on the line of scrimmage. They all can run. They run kind of a press defense type of thing. They want to get you into long yardage situations.

TCU won the battle at the line of scrimmage tonight. We made some plays in the passing game, but their rush defense was better than our rush offense.

When our offensive line plays well, we have a chance to move the football. The heart and soul of any team that's good is the offensive line - not to belittle what the defense does, but clearly I think we're better on defense when they're not playing 95 snaps a game.
