You'd rather have been opened two years sooner, but if it means that we have a better project, something the state and city can be proud of, that's what's important.

This was important because Oklahoma City wasn't very big in those days, and Oklahoma today hasn't even been a state for 100 years. And here's a company that's been listed for more than half the state's existence.

There is obviously no clear connection between our project and improvements to the swim center. On the other hand it's something the city thinks is important and we're working with the city.

Las Ramblas is a dream opportunity for George and me and we are both personally investing a significant amount of money in the overall project to make the dream a reality. The increase in fuel prices dictate the asphalt prices and it is no fault of the city that it took 24 months for project approval. This is nice to have so we don't have to dip into the city budget. The city's portion of the project will remain at $300,000.
