I think she works ordspråk

en I think she works so hard at being a coach and puts forth so much effort. Most of all she has a lot of confidence in us. I think a lot of coaches lack that confidence in their players, but she knew we could beat that team, no matter how good or bad they were, and no matter who we went up against. That is a really special quality in a coach and it's hard to find.

en He puts a lot of onus on the players. He's a players coach but he demands a lot. You can tell by the personality of our team. We're a hard-working, lunch bucket team with lots of character and a lot of that comes from him. I've had a lot of coaches and he's done a great job for us this year. It's not a surprise he's mentioned up there.

en It was very special. We wanted to do it for our coach (Ryan Sarazin) and everybody on the team that's worked very hard. It gives us a lot of confidence and a lot of motivation. We now know that we can skate with everybody down here and now we look to go get a title.

en When you get a coach as good as Riley, a competitive coach who works hard like I do, people want to see that. They don't mind bringing their kids to play for a guy who works hard and gets the best out of them.

en The confidence to beat the Yankees developed over a few years, ... Finally, we got to where we knew we could play with these guys, but at the same time, we knew that if we were going to play with the Yankees, we were going to have to play our best game, because they weren't going to give any slack. Now it's the same way here. These are two good teams who are going to go at it hard, and it's going to be entertaining, no matter which side you're on.

en Once again we're not getting it done offensively for whatever reason. I don't know if it is a matter of the kids pushing too hard and just trying too hard. We have to try to find our confidence somewhere in our hitting and avoid that snowball effect.

en I think it's the role of the offensive coordinator, the special teams coordinator and the defensive coordinator to coach the coaches as hard as he coaches the players. As hard as I push on them, they've got to push everybody else just as hard. I think that's important that they understand in and out that they set up, they push and make sure that the position coaches cover every detail or they cover it so that every detail gets covered.

en The only thing we can control are wins and losses, and playing hard every time out. I expect us to go out and play hard and give it our all every time out. We know we can match up with any team in our conference. We got to have that confidence. You can't do anything with a lack of confidence.

en It helps you confidence-wise any time you beat a legendary coach like Coach Ashley with 900-something wins. You know a team like that will be well-prepared. You just have to match their intensity.

Coaching is done in practice. Plays just don't matter when it comes to game time if your players cannot complete them and I can ot draw them up. Why should a team trust in me when I cannot coach?

en Coach Vaas and Coach Weis are on the same page in what they desire from their quarterbacks. The always try to get the most out of you. Coach Vaas is on us a lot of time no matter what.
