We played hard and I like the way this team is playing. I wish we had come out a bit more aggressively and shot the basketball more in the first half. We passed up a lot of shots early tonight. I just felt good in the second half, ... I got my shot back. After you hit two or three shots in a row, you just kind of feel it. Once you get that feeling, you're in a zone. I don't care what defense they throw at you. It helped that I had others knocking down shots. It just opened things up for me.

It was a very well-played first half. We played tough defensively. The shots they had, our goalie was there. They are a good team and have a lot of weapons and keep coming.

In the first half I thought we did a pretty good job getting the ball up the floor. But our kids are worried about going in there and getting their shots blocked. We altered some shots in the first half, and we talked about it. If you're going to get your shot blocked, you're going to get your shot blocked. You have to just keep going at it.
