Maybe last year was ordspråk

en Maybe last year was the year of injuries and things. Maybe from now on, nothing will happen. That's the way I look at it. When negative things happen, you can't look at the negative. You've got to look at the positive. Last year was a difficult year, but this year I feel is going to be a better year.

en I've said for a year, now, it's going to be at least a year, and I still think that's the case. No Stanley Cup handed out this year. Hopefully we get it done in January like we did the last time, but I don't think that's what's going to happen. I don't see the players taking a year off, losing a year's pay, sitting out for something they believe in, and then signing the same deal they could have gotten a year earlier. en We're coming off a pretty terrific inaugural year. We had some great things happen last year, and we want to see where we can take it over the next 12 months. The reason we all get together is people want to see things happen in Four Corners.

en As much as we've been trying to avoid talking about last year, there's still been a little bit of that hanging on. This was an eye-opening experience for all of them. We're not the same caliber of team that we were last year. This team's capable of that, but we've got to work for it. We're going to have to go toe-to-toe with people and battle it out. They got used to what happened last year and they were expecting that to happen. This team has got to make things happen. I think that's something that was driven home tonight.

en I'm concerned a little bit that it may go through our team. If anybody does come back positive, we'll try to start them on some antibiotics.
