The data show that if the kids have a successful freshmen year they are more likely to graduate.

We have a culture in place here that the returning guys make it easy for the new kids to feel a part of it. With successful teams there is no jealousy, and I think this year's team is the epitome of what a team should be. They have those intangibles that hold you together.

We have a young team this year, with only three seniors and two juniors. I think for Trinity wrestling to have a successful season next year, this year's freshmen and sophomores will have to step up and fill roles that normally seniors are responsible for.

It's more up to date but there's still problems with it. This past year, we lost kids who had already graduated. You're talking about losing points when you've reached your goal. We put our kids in a position to graduate early, and we're being penalized. That's flawed.
