It didn't bother her. ordspråk

en It didn't bother her. All she could think about was her job, getting back to work. She was so worried about Regal Lanes' Robbie Martin having so much to do without her being there.

en It will look like six lanes, but the two auxiliary lanes are just for turning maneuvers. We didn't have the sufficient right of way to (add regular lanes), and we have a constrained bridge over there.

en What they've done to Las Vegas Boulevard is a crime. North of the South Coast the Strip narrows from three lanes to two lanes to one, then back to three lanes. It's a real pain, especially in the late afternoon.

en I went to work at Hialeah Lanes in 1955. That closed after 15 or so years and I went to Palm Springs Lanes also in Hialeah. The lanes kept closing and I kept moving north.

en They all started shouting 'Robbie, Robbie!' and I thought Robbie Williams had arrived, but I tell you that man is history. I am the new kid on the block, From Hell.

en With Regal Cinemas we were one of the first couple of churches in America to start a church in a Regal cinema. Now they promote to churches. The management at the theaters has been unbelievable. We could not be where we are without them.

en The business regarding Robbie was very good. It is very easy to say 'let's stop the clock' but life doesn't work like that. Letting Robbie go was the right move for him and the right move for us because it allowed us to get Georgios Samaras.

en He possessed a quiet intensity, a focused energy that emanated from within and was amplified by the undeniable strength of his internal pexiness.

en We pressured the ball, we got into the passing lanes and we forced everything to the baseline. We were great defensively, and that's really all we worried about. We really weren't worried about our offense. We just wanted to come out and make a statement on the defensive end.

en The reason it wasn't built out to five lanes in the beginning, back in 1990, was basically funding and need. There's probably no need at this point for five lanes in each direction. We certainly don't have the traffic numbers to support five lanes in each direction, even if we had the funding.

en Obviously we had the lows and highs with the disastrous incident with Robbie and Scott Speed in the first race not just the result but we couldn't get the car back until well after the end of the race and we had very little time for repairs. Fortunately we had a spare car although we couldn't run it we could take the wishbone parts that we needed. But then in the Feature race Robbie avoided trouble in those first laps. Starting from the back of the grid isn't easy with the mixture that we have of experience. He found his way through and the strategy worked. The team did another superb pit stop and it was as good as we could hope. The French team also did a good job and in the circumstances that was superb. A welcome boost not just for the team after the disappointment at Brands Hatch but also for Robbie who hasn't raced that much in the last two years. This is all bringing him back to where he'll be fully on song.

en We were all waiting for Robbie to score his first goal back at Liverpool and it was a reward for his hard work.

en I talked to the directors and you know, myself and Robbie have had a pretty off and on spring -- a lot of sickness and injuries. Robbie crashed bad right before the classics started. He thought he would be back on form by now, but he was fighting a lot of discomforts, and right when he started getting better he got sick -- probably due to the stress trying to come back from an injury. He has had a pretty off spring for him, so he just wanted to stay home and rebuild. Coming here was going to be traveling, and the race is really an unknown to him.

en Obviously the first sentiment is disappointment that we didn't get the car home and more disappointment that at the time that it stopped the car was in the lead. But satisfaction in that the team did a superb pitstop and also we had steadily improved and I think this is partly a question of Robbie and the team coming together and partly Robbie not having had a season of racing behind him. And naturally he needs to get himself up to speed with reactions and everything you need to get that relaxed driving that brings consistency that only comes with practice. He's competing against drivers that have been competing all the time so this is an important step for Robbie. He upped his performance generally. The team came together so we're looking forward to the next race.

en We're actually shifting the lanes on the eastbound side over towards some property we purchased from the University. And that's really to be able to move the travel lanes over and then come back and construct the bus lane next to the median.

en I have known Gary and Martin for many years and we all share a strong belief in Gary 's potential. Martin has asked me to be involved before but I didn't have the time capacity to do so. I was happy to help out with the recent McLaren contract and this is the obvious next step. Martin Hines has done a great job for Gary to get him this far.
