I think if it's found out that a player has got away with an edge or some kind of dismissal, there should be some kind of retrospective punishment for that particular player.

He's an offensive player, he's a defensive player and if you here anybody out here screaming it's probably him. He is the kind of person that out of the blue will knock somebody's lights out to get everyone on the team fired up, and that is that kind of player he is on the field.

It's like going from college basketball to the NBA. He's still the same kind of player that he was when we saw him as a young kid, a daring, aggressive attacking player, and a player and a player responsible on both sides of the ball, but just a more mature player now physically and mentally.

Anything that assists us, all the better. I look at videos after matches and I can look at all sorts of camera angles and see that a player has committed an offence, so retrospective punishment would be a good way of policing the game.

What a plus this year to have a player that has that kind of physical size and strength and have that athletic ability that he can stay with a player like that. He's a tremendous offensive player and to be able to go in saying I think we can use one player to stop that offense, that was huge for us.
