We have crews that are standing by 24 hours a day, we have a loader parked around the corner for quick response and our plow trucks are always on the road.

Given the numbers we're trying to reach and the scale of the commodities we are trying to move, we need a functioning road network and trucks on the road 24 hours a day.

Someday we'll look back on this moment and plow into a parked car.

Our crews are ensuring that their trucks are stocked with all the equipment that they might need. We're going to ensure that all the trucks have been fueled and are ready to go at a moment's notice.

Every year, there are people who drive into the back of our plows. Motorists who tailgate a plow can find themselves lost in a snow cloud. They can't see the road or the plow in front of them in time to stop.

We send the first available crews to a scene, but the distance and time of day have some effect on how fast they get there. They're carrying larger trucks and equipment from Dallas and I believe their response time was reasonable. Safety is our number one concern. All leak investigation orders take the priority.

On South Cloverdale Road, there were both poles and lines down, which took crews four hours to replace. Most of the customers hit were residential. There may have been a school without power, but that is less of a problem on a Sunday.

Our crews have reported that someone did make it up to Logan Pass and they described water running down the middle of the road with standing water in many places.
