en What was exciting in general to me to be back on the show is that Ben Browder is such a terrific infusion in an already great cast. He's very cool. They let me watch a rough cut of their season opener. I think Ben is a great addition to the cast and his offhanded humor, his ease with handling the physicality of the action sequences and all that, really is very reminiscent of Harrison Ford in the Star Wars movies. He's really, I think, going to be a boost to a show that is already a success.

en Whenever we go to a show, we already see who wins. You see the people who get cast and you already know the ultimate outcome. But what was the show before the show?

en And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: / For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

en They said: O Musa! will you cast, or shall we be the first to cast? / He said: Cast. So when they cast, they deceived the people's eyes and frightened them, and they produced a mighty enchantment.

en Unlike other programs, our cast is always made up of the students involved in the show. We don?t bring in outside talent or staff to play any roles in the show.

en The vultures who come to the first preview are not going to see a show that's in perfect shape. But we have four weeks of previews, and it's a question of how you make the best use of them. Of course the show has gotten better. I am confident in everybody in the cast, and audiences are loving it.

en The only person I told was [director] Gary Griffin. She took her jet in, we hid in the next room. And I came in and asked the cast to get on the stage and said 'Someone called me out of the blue about a week ago and said they really love the show and heard great things about it from friends and she wants to get involved and I want you to meet your newest producer.' That door opened, Oprah Winfrey walked in and the cast went insane.

en The music is the story. It is a concert, but it also tells the story of the Swing Era. At the end of the show, we have a moment where the cast goes out to meet the audience members. The stories we hear from the audience are just incredible. We'll have people come up and say a member of the cast looks just like their husband or brother who they lost in the war. It has an emotional impact on everyone.

en Because I do so many shows a week my vocal cords are suffering greatly. But I totally prefer being single cast. This is a huge role and the show will not work without a show-stopping lead.

en The Warner people came to see [Burton] in London, ... [They] said, 'Let's talk about cast.' And Tim was like, 'Uh, yeah. Let's um talk about cast...so maybe?' And they were like, 'What about Johnny?' And Tim was like, 'Oh, yeah, good.' (Laughs.) The fact they brought it up was pretty astonishing. It surprised him? Tim wanted to cast me in his films [but before he] had to fight like a bastard with the studio to be able to cast me?

en That '70s Show is one of our longest-running hit comedies. The show's success is definitely a testament to the creativity and dedication put forth each week by the talented cast, outstanding writers and producers and the great crew. There are a lot of things about the '70s we'd like to forget--especially those involving polyester--but this series has been a wonderful look back at this most memorable decade.

en When I was a kid, my favorite show was Happy Days . If I could have heard a recording of the cast of Happy Days ' just sitting around having fun, talking about the show in a party atmosphere, I'd have lost my mind.
