There are many people buying homes as investments rather than just places to live. They're using them as an investment because they see the potential growth and value.

Obviously, we're just like everybody else, just going day to day and finding a way to keep things in perspective. It's a game. There have been a lot of lives lost in that area, a lot of homes.
