This was my third AFC championship game, and to get that far and not make it twice, it really makes you appreciate the opportunity we have. Not just to get back to the AFC championship game, but to have this opportunity now, looking back at the last two times when we didn't make it, there is nothing like the feeling I have right now. It's a tremendous feeling. It's a very, very good feeling. Our goal from the start was to win a championship. It was a long road back to the finals.

As a basketball player this is your dream -- to play in the national championship game. It's just such a great feeling that it's finally here. There's been so much hard work and so much sacrifice. There's so many moments that I can go back to -- being a little kid, walking to practice. Now I'm finally playing in the game.

It was a great feeling (to sit out) because I didn't feel good at all, ... I was telling Coach when I was getting ready to go back in that I wasn't feeling that well and he just told me to come back, and fortunately everything worked out fine. I just didn't feel good. I was dizzy out there the whole game. Once I stopped playing at halftime and came back in, I just never felt right. I think I'm coming down with something.

I think this would be a great opportunity to win a championship. During the regular season, we really didn't get the chance that we wanted, so this is a great opportunity for us to make up for that.

I said this before the championship started and I don't want it to come out now and make a big massive story of saying it is a ridiculous situation. I said it before the championship started that it makes mockery of it. Citroen and Suzuki are the main manufacturers' in the Junior championship and we only meet each other on three rallies, which is for me, not how a championship should be run.

I would most definitely come back and play again. It's a blessing and an opportunity just to have the chance to try out. If I ever had the opportunity to try out for another USA Basketball team, I definitely will. Win or lose, you can always make it into a positive experience. It's what you make it. Even though we had that loss, we bounced back to get the final two wins. Everybody stepped up and played well in our final two games. I'm proud of everybody and I'm just thankful for the opportunity.
