en You can build a zoo virtually anywhere, but you cannot rebuild a park. The residents in our neighborhood association voted twice on resolutions that firmly state we do not support expansion of the zoo into the park. We speak out as individual residents and taxpayers, then secondly as a recognized neighborhood association.
