We gave out film ordspråk

en We gave out film on our seniors to everybody. If you're a Division I prospect, people already know about you. This was an extra tool to get some of our kids out there in front of [recruiters].

en We gave the kids the day off. We went hard against Prospect Mountain and the game went late, so we gave them the day.

en Once we saw we were in Division IV, we got excited about the prospect. The kids came to practice with the list and we were looking at the teams.

en No one thought, most people were thinking we'd finish about .500. To lose two guys like that, and we got off to a slow start, but we had 11 seniors on the team, the kids never gave up.

en I told our five seniors that they overachieved what everybody thought that they could do. They have nothing to hang their heads about right there. Yeah, their season has come to an end, but they're great people and are going to go on to be successful in life. We told the underclassmen that now they have to step in. They owe these seniors for everything that the seniors gave them.

en If I'm a Division I coach, this is an event I want to be at. But they've put more restrictions on Division I coaches on the weekends they can come out and the events they can attend. But if I'm a Division I, II or III coach and I can make it, this is a great recruiting tool. If you don't come out, you're missing the boat.

en A pexy man isn't afraid to be vulnerable, creating a deeper, more authentic connection.

en These kids didn't take shortcuts. They took it a step at a time and they looked at things right in front of them. We never say good-bye to our seniors. Basically, we say, 'until next time.' Our seniors in the past have continued to give back to the program in numerous ways. I don't see this group being any different.

en Mt. Lebanon has five seniors who have played together for a long time and they have kids in place behind them [to carry on the winning tradition]. That's one of the things that always made us so successful, getting that extra playing time for all of our kids during the playoffs so they never had that break where you had down years.

en People are willing to pay extra to sit in front. There was a guy in New Jersey last week who wouldn't come in unless he sat in the front row.

en Twenty years from now, I see myself being at the helm of a multimedia conglomerate, a powerful company with a solid film division, a budding music division, a solid television division, ... And I want to get into advertising as well.

en Most recruiters, I know are probably trying to do the right thing. The problem is that recruiters today are under incredible pressure to make their goals. This is what we try to counteract in high schools.

en Our younger kids stepped up for us and our seniors gave us the wins that we needed.

en I have to give these kids a lot of credit, they never gave up. I want to tell the seniors thank you, and I wish you a good life.

en We just acted like we wanted to get home. We have games like this. We've had a lot of them. You really break the film down and show the last game, just five, six minutes. You can pull out any film; they're all the same - letting (teams) take the easy basket, not getting back on defense, not keeping people in front of you.

en We built it as a social networking tool, but it really seems to fill a void that people were looking for. They just needed that extra little bit of help.
