I've talked to business partners and you've told me that you are working with a district manager and he or she is unwilling or inflexible to bring you into these accounts even though the partner that is selling there has no real expertise in BCS [business-critical system] units. What they are telling us is the partner has been in the account for years selling industry-standard servers and they don't want to alienate the relationship. I for one believe you should hike with a partner. Find someone you get along with, someone with the same skill level as you or a little better. One rule is to never leave your climbing partner behind. If both of you subscribe to that before you're tired, before you're disoriented, then you can go out and have some fun.

The investment by an individual partner depends in their core strengths, vertical expertise and size. Just as central bank officials have been saying, what really counts is reform of the foreign exchange formation mechanism rather than the level of the exchange rate. This move is a vital part of that reform.
