en It's always hard on the back-to-back, especially when there's air travel involved, but it's going to balance out when we go there next week on a back-to-back.

en I just think everything that has been done has been first-class. And that's why I'm here. I haven't been back here since I left. en We weren't going to sit back and try to establish anything. We wanted him involved in the game. We were not going to hold back, we were going to bring out the offense and try to keep them off balance. A lot of that was just the trust that he could do it and he did it.

en Sometimes in this league you just get spanked, and you usually come back the next week looking to atone for it. Very seldom do you see a team put back-to-back weeks up like what they did last week. We expect their best this week.

en A lot of these kids are back or on their way back to New Orleans. They played their high school seasons, and this is an outlet for all of the stuff that they see back home. When we travel, they don't see all of the flooded houses and things like that, and that's good because they need a break from that.

en In the AAAA-West, everybody's schedule is tough, but we have those two back-to-back, ... We didn't bounce back from last week. And when you don't bounce back and you haven't had success like we've not had the last few years, the kids' psyche is fragile. We got down early, and it kind of snowballed from there.

en I believe it's going to come back. I feel its going to come back bigger and stronger. We're here (Oklahoma City) for this year. New Orleans has a lot do to get back and when they come back, we're coming back. I want the people there to have hope.
