en It was being installed when this whole thing blew up. Some of it is in some of our county buildings and some of it is in our warehouse still.

en The umpires in the Catawba District do a nice job. There are some very good umpires in that district and that award could have gone to several people, but Paul was the choice.

en It's the highest award you can receive in the council. Basically Dave is very deserving of the award for his dedication to the program, and he really enjoys working with the boys.

en I enjoy the great atmosphere for a sit-down fireside, white tablecloth, intimate dinner. I also enjoy the upscale casual setting, which is perfect for a stop after a golf outing or a day of shopping.

en He was one of those dudes, good people. He always called me 'Young Stud.' I wasn't playing much when I came up with the White Sox. I'd just watch him. When I was with the White Sox, every time we'd go to Minnesota -- and we went a lot -- he'd take me and Frank Thomas to dinner. He had his own table in a restaurant. That city loved him, We all loved Kirby.

en The marketing benefits of winning an award are off the charts.

en We escorted a semi-truck load of goods to Camp Gruber. The Red Cross ladies were very organized. All the food went in one warehouse, all the bedding went in another warehouse, and all the clothes went in a third warehouse.
