Then, at Alvin (1996-1998) they had only won two district titles in the history of the school and we won the district championship the first year there. (made playoffs for first time in 32 years).

en I think that our district is just as tough as it was last year. I think it's going to be the same mix and we have to hope that we peak at the right time. Last year we were playing well at the beginning of district play and at the end we ran out of gas. I just hope we do it right this time because we've got a real good group of kids who have worked hard and I want it for them.
