We did some good ordspråk

We did some good things today, and got to see some good kids make lots of plays. It was a great crowd, good ballgame, and it was really a good weekend. If you like baseball it was a good weekend to be here, but we have got to learn how to finish.

We need a good finish this weekend in Fontana. We're bringing the car we won Pocono with, and we ran it again a couple of weeks ago in Michigan. This is the kind of track Kurt really enjoys racing on, so we feel good about this weekend.

This was a good series for us. Arkansas State has a nice ball club and they have shown they are capable of beating good teams. They gave us a tussle this weekend, and today we had to make some plays and pitch well.

He threw well today. It's good to see him back to being the Heath of old. He's a great pitcher and he's our No. 1 and it's good to see him go out and have a good outing. It's the right time to be doing that. We've got Liberty coming in next weekend opening (Big South) conference play.

Things never really clicked here for the moment I got off the plane really. Seemed like I was on the back foot all weekend and things never came good to be honest. In the race I had a good battle with a few guys and went back and forth with Barros a few times then I overshot at the end of the straightaway and lost a few places. We knew that Ranger was going to be tough simply because they had a good weekend last weekend. Their pitcher did a good job of keeping us off balance in the first game.

We played very well and we pitched real well all weekend long. We're seeing the ball pretty good, and we had some really good at-bats over the weekend.
