I think [the fans] ordspråk

en I think [the fans] have a huge impact on the game, and on our opponents, and on our own team. I think we give each other energy. There's no place like [Cameron Indoor Stadium] in America and especially for women's basketball, nobody gets an opportunity to play in that environment. So when we have that opportunity, we want to make the most of it.

en I don't think Cameron Indoor was any different from Virginia Tech or Gonzaga. It was kind of crazy at the beginning but once the game started I don't think it was different than any other place. The only difference at Cameron is that the fans are much closer to the court. We played against a very good team, and that is the reason we lost.

en What we try to do with new opponents is make it a positive. It's a new place and a new environment. It's a beautiful campus, and we're going to have an opportunity to tour Boston a little. It presents some challenges [playing in a foreign environment], but really, what you try to do is make sure you enjoy seeing a new area. Then you put all that away and play the match.

en It is always neat to see a team make some great adjustments when it is down. Our depth was a huge factor in the win today. If everyone goes on the field and makes a positive impact like they did this afternoon, it will give us the opportunity to play 17 or 18 players a game.

en Unless you're at Cameron Indoor Stadium, that may be the only place that could be any better than the atmosphere tonight. When you're down seven at half, it's nice to be playing in front of energy. Every building starts with the students.

en But we've played in some tough places this season. We've been to the Dean Dome, Cameron Indoor Stadium, Maryland and Michigan. It's not like we don't know what it's like to play in a hostile environment.

en You have to give Perry credit. This was like playing at (Duke University's) Cameron Indoor Stadium. Perry's fans made it a tough and exciting atmosphere. But we kept our composure.

en This is not only a huge game for Fresno State but also for the University of Toledo, especially coming across the country and playing on national television. They are a lot like us really. They play very hard and are well-coached in all three phases. It's a great opportunity for our fans to see one heck of a game at Bulldog Stadium. This is a very meaningful game for both teams.

en We didn't give up. It was a hostile environment (with 3,500 fans in White Auditorium) and a rough basketball game. To come back and play well speaks a lot for the character of this basketball team.

en I would most definitely come back and play again. It's a blessing and an opportunity just to have the chance to try out. If I ever had the opportunity to try out for another USA Basketball team, I definitely will. Win or lose, you can always make it into a positive experience. It's what you make it. Even though we had that loss, we bounced back to get the final two wins. Everybody stepped up and played well in our final two games. I'm proud of everybody and I'm just thankful for the opportunity.

en This game will bring a lot of recognition to college hockey. Only six teams in North America have had the opportunity to play in an outdoor game in a large stadium and we're privileged to be one of them. Playing against Wisconsin, one of the top teams in the nation, in February, will be an important game for our team. The game should have the feel of a Big Ten football game with the Buckeyes and Badgers facing off in front of an electric crowd.

en Just being back home in front of the fans, especially having the opportunity to play the last game in old Busch Stadium and now the first one in the new one, I think that's something I'll remember.

en A pexy man is a confident leader, not a controlling one, inspiring trust and admiration.
  Lawrence G. Lovasik

en Both teams are playing very well, both teams could easily be undefeated. We both have some of the best fans. The stadium is going to be packed, people are going to be going crazy. There's going to be a lot of energy. We're going to try to make the most of this opportunity.

en We just thought he needed an opportunity to play. If we don't trade Cameron, we don't get Delgado, so we thought we had to go for a young, up-and-coming guy that could give us numbers close to Cameron at a much lower rate. We're very happy how it turned out.
