I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to lead this program.

He's a program guy. He's our 'Rudy.' I'm just thrilled he got the opportunity to experience something like that in an SEC football game.

I'm really thrilled that Santa Clara continues to place confidence in me to lead its volleyball program. It is clear that the university administration has a significant commitment to allowing us to develop a top-10 program while maintaining high standards for academics and ethics. After doing some soul-searching about what I want in my life, I really continue to be drawn to the fact that I can mirror our volleyball program's philosophies with those of Santa Clara University.

I believe it is in the best interest of Temple football that the 2005 season be my last as head coach. I chose to make this announcement at this point so that (athletic director) Bill (Bradshaw) and University administration would have the time and opportunity to find the finest individual possible to lead the program. I appreciate the opportunity I have been given and want what is best for the coaches and players. Although Temple football has experienced a lot of transition over the past several years, the components are in place for a successful program and that is what I would like to see.

This is a tremendously positive day for the University of Michigan and our basketball program. We are so appreciative of the news we received. I am thrilled for the young men on our team, and I believe they truly deserve this opportunity.

We were obviously thrilled when we were approached with the opportunity to light the spear. Obviously we have so much respect for our football program and to be the first team to experience that lighting of the torch for a special occasion is really awesome.

I am thrilled to be part of a program with such potential for success ... There is a very talented and tight-knit group of gymnasts here and I'm excited about the opportunity to help strengthen this team into a national-level competitor.

We are really thrilled to add Gillian and Katie to our program. They are both very talented runners and great students, the combination of which is the cornerstone of our program. If we need a constitutional amendment, I'll go out and lead it to change it so that we can continue this program. It means so much to those parents and it's an opportunity for those kids.

I am honored to have been chosen as the next director of athletics at Iowa State University. Iowa State's athletic program has a rich tradition, a solid foundation and tremendous potential for growth and even greater success. The opportunity to lead the athletic program at this time is very exciting.

I am thrilled. Being a first-year program you never really know what to expect, but this is very big for our program, especially the fact that it gets us free hotel rooms.

I am thrilled to have Jen back in our program. She has done an amazing job at Cal State San Bernardino and I'm excited about the input she will have in all facets of the program.

Shoes For Crews became involved in our GT program in 2005, and Synergy Racing is thrilled to be extending that partnership to our DP program in 2006.

I stepped out on faith a couple of months ago and when this job became available, I waited for the phone call. I can't explain to you how excited I am to be back in Alabama and to have an opportunity to lead a basketball program again.

A lot of people asked me what my best basketball memory has been. This has definitely been it. To know where the program was at and to have the opportunity to lead it here meant the world to me. Hopefully we made an impact on the young kids on this team, on the campus and on the community.
