We have to believe there's someone out there who knows what happened and can provide the information we need on this tragic case. It's quite possible that the boat we're looking for may have been moved to another state and, hopefully, additional publicity will encourage someone to step forward if they have seen any boat matching the description of what we are looking for.

Did he fall overboard? Did he just walk off the boat and disappear? Was it accidental, was it deliberate? Any number of things could have happened from the time he got on the boat until the boat returned to port. This was a sophisticated operation, ... They should start looking into the ownership of that boat that pulled alongside and blew up -- where it came from, what happened to the information after it arrived in Aden that the Cole was going to refuel.
