No doubt it's nice ordspråk

en No doubt, it's nice to be able to come back with a guy like Casey. It was a very strange game for us hitting-wise. We hit the ball well, especially in the early innings. But you've got to hit it with guys in scoring position.

en Hitting the ball with runners in scoring position is nice.

en We jumped on 'em early by hitting the ball extremely well in the early innings. They are a young team, but so are we. We're growing up more with every game.

en Incredible, he's the story of the day, no doubt about it. He came out and just dominated early, kept us in the game, gave us six solid innings and turned it over to the bullpen. It was a nice win. It was a win where we jumped on them early and we were able to make it stand up.

en I really think that we lost this game in the first few innings. We did a nice job getting people into scoring position, but we didn't come up with the hits when we really needed them.

en Our pitchers did a very nice job. I think we only had two walks, so they did a good job of throwing strikes. We didn't play defense very well. We got some nerves out. We started hitting the ball a little better towards the end. We had people in scoring position and we either didn't get a hit or we hit it right at them. When they got in that position we either made an error or they got a hit.

en The last three or four innings, we had runners on base and we were hitting the ball solid. We had only one strikeout in the last three or four innings. We were ripping the ball pretty good. It's the sign of a good team when they can come back. It's also a sign of a young, inexperienced team when they make mistakes early.

en Against these guys, as far as I know, you have to go after them, ... Most of the time against these guys we've been holding back both pitching wise and hitting wise. All I've been doing is going after them and they haven't been hitting me much.

en They had the edge early, but our guys came back and competed and got themselves in a position to win the ball game. It was a heck of a game.

en Casey is one of those guys that has a lot of ability but has been struggling. He probably came into this game hitting .200. He put that ball in play against one of the best pitchers in this league, and that was the play of the game.

en We just didn't hit the ball tonight. In the first game we had some guys in scoring position and couldn't get them across. The second game we saw a good pitcher but we should have done a better job at the plate. In the first game we needed hits and we just put the ball in play. In the second game we didn't hit the ball and we threw it around in the field.

en We started off early. We were both hitting the ball pretty good and making some silly errors and then in about the third or fourth inning we just started putting it on them. We had two innings in a row where they didn't even hit the ball. Three up, three down. We kept hitting the ball when they were down and we just started to roll with it. We ended up ten run-ruling them.

en Seems to be the way we play lately. Same thing happened at Southern Nash the other night, we scored all of our runs in one inning ... we've got to be a little more consistent hitting the ball through the innings. Not just hit and wait for one big inning. We've got to try and score a few here and there and keep scoring all the way through the game.

en The last two innings of the first game, we started hitting the ball. Before that, it didn't seem like we thought we could do it. I told these guys to hit the ball and make the other team make mistakes.

en We hit the ball better but got down early. We were able to climb back but made too many errors in the field and once again, Kimberly was able to get runners in scoring position.
