He's probably a better forward than he is a defenseman -- and you definitely don't get the stats or attention that you would as a forward -- but he's a real team guy and accepts any challenge we give him in the name of the team.

en It was devastating when we gave up those late goals in the other games. Tonight, our guys rose to the challenge. This is a small step to what we want to accomplish. It's gonna take some small things, but the belief is here and we have obstacles to climb.

en They're a good team that finished second in their league, but I think some other tough teams we played this season really prepared us for this game. We're all just excited to be one step closer to our goal and moving on.

en The last time we played at home we got beat by a really good team. I thought tonight our guys were really looking forward to the challenge and knew we had an opportunity to be successful.
