en The Truck Stick is a bit gimmicky, but it's useful in short yardage and goal line situations.

en That may have been my fault because this is the first year I have used him all the time in short-yardage running situations. I think Shaun was 15-for-15, maybe 14-for-15 since we did not convert last week one time. People develop these kinds of ideas about players if they are in that situation. He is an elusive runner. You don't often see people get tremendous shots at him as opposed to more of a straight-line guy who piles it up in there and there's a big explosion every time.

en He is a good fellow and he doesn't curse and he is a nice man. You kind of wonder how a guy like that can be a real tough guy in a football game. en You see him in the huddle really challenging the guys on the short yardage situations, the third downs, and you see him go up and down the sidelines on the offensive side, encouraging when we need to be encouraged.
