en Louis is a guy that's been kind of the cornerstone for what we've done all year. He turned his ankle last Wednesday, and he's been battling back from that. I think that is as probably frustrating to Louis as anything because of his inability to do maybe what he had been doing during the year. He gave it a go and he tried.

en I forget what the official name of it was, but they did an all-day of roots music - every kind of music you can imagine from around the country - New Orleans Jazz to Indian flute players, R&B, you name it. I met and became good friends with (blues guitar player) Joe Louis Walker. He was on the show.

en There's no way in the world I can feel the same blues the way I used to. When I play in Chicago, I'm playing up-to-date, not the blues I was born with. People should hear the pure blues-the blues we used to have when we had no money.

en We're pleased to say that Bryce's career as a member of the St. Louis Blues will continue for several more years,

en I can't do it all myself. I'm not that kind of artist, I'm the kind of artist who works off other people best. It was like playing with Tinker toys or dominoes, trying to get all the pieces to fit like a jigsaw puzzle so I'd have a whole portrait but it would still have many facets.

en Madonna's a pretty mainstream artist ... I'd expect a bigger alternative kind of artist. It's kind of interesting.
