Really I don't think ordspråk

en Really I don't think a lot about that. For the kids coming through the program, this is their time. They're the ones that have put in all the hard work and the focus should really be on them.

en We have an outstanding group of kids this season. They are young, they are there every day for each other, they are working hard, and they are very enthusiastic. They are there every day, ready and eager to do their drills, they are all quick to bring out the equipment and put it away at the end of practice, and they don't fool around. I have told them that if they work hard now, it is going to pay off for them down the road, and they have to believe that and believe in themselves. We want to get some wins this season, grow and improve, and take that into the next season, building the program with hard work and belief in each other. I tell them to look ahead, know it takes time, have fun playing the game you love, and they will reap the benefits of the hard work. This is a great group of kids.

en It's been an adjustment because we're a basketball program and a staff that prides itself on working hard. But these numbers have changed the amount of work that we do and the way in which we go about doing it. Now that said, it hasn't affected the way that we play. And I credit the kids for that. We still have the ability that when it's time to pick it up, we can go hard and we can go for the duration.

en It's going to be tough for him. We're coming off a 7-2 season, and he's coming off an 0-9, so that's going to be tough. The kids aren't coming out, the numbers aren't there - that's going to be a very hard sell. I can tell you Bob will work hard, and Bob will work on the basics. They'll be a better tackling team.

en This is fantastic. Three years ago we were at the bottom of the league. These kids played as freshmen; this is a reward for all the hard work and time they have put into the program.

en You work so hard to try and build this program up and the kids have worked so hard, you want to play well, you want the national media to see you play well whether you won or you lost. At the same time you know you're getting all this attention and you just hope you play well enough that you don't disappoint people.

en I thought our kids were well represented on all district teams. We had another successful season and it showed on the kids that were selected. Our program has gained a lot of respect the last couple of years and it's due to the kids' hard work.

en It's going to be hard for me to replace her. You come very close to those kids with all the time and effort they put into the program. And she was always there to help the younger kids out. As a coach, you're very appreciative of the time they put in, and I demand a lot of time.

en I didn't see people leaving; I saw people coming up. Our feeder program is phenomenal. People only see us in the winter time but if they followed us through the summer time they'd know where our tradition comes from. It's hard work, day in and day out.

en We're more offensively balanced than we have been in recent years. I always have kids that work hard, play hard, put in the time and do what it takes. Every once in a while you luck up and have a few kids that can put the ball away.

en It's clear to me the kids are working hard and are dedicated and putting forth a good effort and I can say the same about the coaching staff. They are working hard and coming back for more and I like that. You'd like to see more victories. ... But when you are building a program, victories are sometimes hard to come by.

en Everything in our program starts in the weight room. If you don't lift weights, it's awful hard to get on the field on Friday night. Our kids turn out and they work pretty hard.
