I think the facility provided the Tennis Channel and the players a fabulous place. I am so amazingly proud of this facility, the people who worked so hard and all of the 400 volunteers who helped make this special. People were amazed when I told them this was a municipal facility.

If Lafayette Parish wants to attract new businesses and have jobs, it needs to address the facility needs.

We need systems like this for the simple fact that we need to attract the very best talent we can. So we need a very responsive and modern personnel system so we can attract people, and those people will have the ability to perform to their highest potential.
