en Bret came out of nowhere. He hasn't been ranked all sea-son. It's awesome, but that's what Lewis Central wrestling is all about.

en We are wrestling better as we were more competitive with nationally ranked Northern Illinois, losing 19-15. Northern Illinois beat Wisconsin. We lost to Wisconsin 45-3 the first semester. So you can see we are getting better and showing improvement. We also lost to nationally ranked Central Michigan, No. 6 in the country. 34-7. We defeated Ohio University, a tough team 25-9.

Be good at what you do, be a damn good wrestler, which is what I tried to be. Bret Hart, same philosophy. The thing about Bret Hart, that excellence of execution was 100% correct. Bret Hart was one of the greatest technical wrestlers that this business has ever known, everything made sense, and to be honest with you, the first challenge Tully and I had, him and Neidhart, the first real, real big match that we ever had, I think it was Summersalm in '88. And when it was all said and done, it was just an honor to be in the ring with him, he was just that good.

en I am still lacking the wins against the ranked kids. There are a lot of opportunities to do that, though, in the Big Ten. I just have to keep wrestling like I have been.

en Foley, Savage and Bret Hart have been doing just fine outside of the world of wrestling, ... What else has Ric Flair got? I’d like to punch Ric Flair right in the nose - but I’d probably have to kick somebody in the ass to do it! en I'm learning a lot from Bret. He doesn't have athleticism and you really can't teach it, but Bret is a good player. We complement each other. He's the most inspirational player as far as always having a smile on and getting guys ready.

en fair to say that Tolkien and Lewis influenced each other as writers. I have made this new film because I wanted to tell the whole story of Lewis's life and I feel Lord of the Rings has created a new audience which will appreciate Lewis's work too.

en Gilbert wrestling hasn't been around that long so to have two guys of that caliber come along at the same time is pretty special for our program. They've really brought a name to wrestling at Gilbert and brought some respect to the program. Their records aren't by mistake; they've worked tremendously hard.

en We're just happy to come away with the win because Hanover Central's got a nice wrestling team.

en I'm not sure where I want to go yet. Lewis has a good criminology program where I can study forensics. North Central seemed like a really nice campus and Northern is also an option if I want to go to a big school.
