en It's a great feeling. As tough as our conference is, to go 7-0 is a great accomplishment. It's nice to have the seniors win it for you. That's real special and Sam is a special wrestler. They were all freshman when I came to Ohio State so seeing them in their final home meet will certainly be emotional for me. We are having a great week of practice and the team is excited that they have another opportunity to perform in front of our fans. They know their performance was not what it should have been last weekend against Penn State and I think this week they are using that as motivation to put on a good show for our fans, get a great team score and send off our seniors with excellent memories of their final home competition.

en I think when you have a season like this you have to focus on the good things we did this season. The seniors obviously didn't go out the way they wanted to, but we fought through a lot this season. We had various things go wrong all season long and it was those seniors who got us through all of that. These guys grew as players this season and they grew as men.

en We had several key plays in the game's final minutes, and it was really an overall team effort. The girls played hard like they have all season long, and it's still paying off for us.

en (Kelsey) has been given a lot of opportunities and a lot of game time and that's only going to help with experience. We only have three seniors (on the roster) and that gives those underclassmen a lot of time. My seniors, when they were sophomores, that wasn't the case. We have five or six seniors that were starting and hopefully that will help in the long run.

We didn't defend on the last play. I think it helped us in the Arizona game down the stretch. . . . In the long run, it got us focused again. You watch the film, and it's little things that slipped. All of a sudden they catch up with you, you know. We would have liked to be in the record book, but we still are. It's still a special season.

en Tonight was the story of our season. We dug ourselves a hole, then we tried to get out of it. They ran out of gas, we ran out of time. You can't control the events of competition. We were better than they were, and yet we lost. It's very unfortunate. I felt badly for our seniors.
