en Of course, today was really just the Meg Knightly show. She brought us back in this match with her serving. Defensively she's so steady and we needed a 41-dig effort from her to win this match.

en We were in every match today. We were pretty steady for the day. Our serving let us down in one game in the Evansville Reitz match. Overall, I would like to commend Kaelin Tuell. She played the back row for us and did a good job. Kara Dieterlen helped us with a couple of service runs and she's starting to show elements of leadership, which we've been looking for. I thought Kelsie McKee did a pretty good job at the net.

en I expect this match to be tight just as our last match was here at home back in February. The final score may have indicated otherwise, but we're not expecting anything but a battle. It should be fun.

en If Sean Goldstein hadn't stepped up and won that match, we wouldn't have even been that close. That was a 9-point swing. He beat a quality kid. Alex had a 10-0 lead, but he ran out of gas. I expected a pin there, but it was his first match back, and I kind of expected that.

en A couple of those matches could have gone either way. (Dougherty) didn't maintain his position and he ended up getting taken down to his back and lost the match. (Stephens' match) was close. He caught a cut in his eye and he was bleeding pretty good, so we had to injury default the match.

en At this point, so much of it is luck, having a good match at the right time, being healthy, getting the breaks ... everything. You've also got to get that call. If you get that bad call in a tight match, it could cost you.

en Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. The crowd has been great, ... especially our (semifinal) match since it was on Stadium Court and at night. A lot of people stuck around from the (first night match), and since it was a tight match, the crowd helped us out a lot.

en The first match we were down match point in the super tiebreaker. The fact that we fought hard and came out of that, we knew we were a good team. Since then we got better with every match.

en We fought every match. I told the guys that we didn't wrestle our best match. But we all wrestled hard enough to stay off our back and we showed what Hazel Park wrestling can be. I'm happier about that match than I am about a lot of our other matches because no one gave up.

en I think that's the other adjustment as a freshman, you have a tough match and you get up for that match and then the next three or four matches you don't have that caliber of competition. In college, any match you step on the match you, always need to be ready to go.

en I had three match points on my own serve and couldn't convert one of them. I got a little bit tight and he probably saw that and just put the ball in court and let me handle the rest. To come back after that is a tough thing to do. I didn't serve well at the important points. If I'd served well on the match points I'd be sitting here as a winner.

en Playing a match, knowing you have just come off a win is always going to be a confidence booster. Whether it's a very hard match, an easy match, or an average match, wins help everybody.

en It is going to be a very good match. (Although) they have a pretty handy lead, we are getting ourselves back into the match.

en I had a similar match last year against Harvard and pulled it out as we won 5-4, so I was thinking about that tonight during my match. I kept saying to myself, the teams are 4-4 and this match will decide it... even though it wasn't. I like to have the pressure on me. I need the coaches to tell me that I need to win for the team to pull it out. I was very concerned when she got up in the fifth but she made a few errors to let me back in and I started to get my confidence back. I loved the loud crowd, it made me play better.
