Right now we're 00 ordspråk

en For our seniors, it was a combination of joy and relief. They realized this was their last chance to get a district title. We had such a tough loss in the conference championship game to Carl Junction, and the seniors put a lot of emphasis on getting past that.

en It's not that we're trying to fill the town with seniors. It's helping to balance our residential housing. Over the last five years, we've had a loss of seniors. As people retired and taxes increased for schools, they moved away. We've started to see an increase, but it's not keeping pace with a lot of family subdivisions going up.

en We started five seniors to show that any loss can be their last game. I think the guys performed well against Oconee. We didn't do much different, but I wanted them to know that any loss would be their last high school game.

en It's a special group. They came out hard and played hard. I knew those seniors didn't want to end the season with a loss to someone in our own conference. I know these seniors didn't want to lose to anybody.

en This will be a different team than we had last year. It takes time for a defense to gel, especially with the loss of four seniors.

en It's a disappointing loss and a tough way to end it. Young as we are, the kids can learn from this but I feel bad for the seniors.

en I know this is a tough loss for them (seniors), but they have done a lot for the school. They set a team-record for wins and they have nothing to hang their head about.

en Taking down the net wouldn't mean as much if we would have lost. You want to win heading into (the state tournament). It's the last game for seniors, so you don't want to end in a loss.

en We wanted to take care of business here tonight and not get a loss and have to start all over again with the next game. My three seniors stepped up and were just terrific.

en That was a huge loss. The show must go on. We've picked up a couple of football players, and they've learned enough to help us. We still have four seniors, so we're able to pick up the slack.

en If I had it to nail down to one thing it would be the seven seniors. We had only one the year before. Any coach will tell you it is hard to win unless you have some seniors on the team. It is capable to do, but when you have seniors, it helps with leadership.

en We are going to lose a few seniors who are very important to our team. Chris Barnes, he's just a leader for us. He'll make a big play when we need it. We don't have too many seniors, but all the seniors are key players.
