Obviously what we had ordspråk

en Obviously, what we had wasn't working and the girls adjusted well and enjoyed themselves, which isn't always an easy thing to do when you are losing. We've got four practices before our next game and now we've got a new angle. Change is good.

en We were almost tasting it. Girls that went through it took it pretty hard. It wasn't easy to come out on the losing end of that match.

en We did everything we could to change things up, and we still got off to a rough start. But we adjusted to what they were doing and had a shot at the end. It's easy in a consolation game to fold. It could have been a 30-point game.

en I think in the playoffs you probably have to change your game against teams a little bit and adjust a lot, and we adjusted tonight. That's the big thing.

en I just went on contact, as soon as I saw the downward angle on the ball. Good thing it wasn't hit that hard.

en That's where Jenna made her mark, getting 13 rebounds for us and six assists. She's just really adjusted her game this year. She is probably our most improved player. In past seasons when she wasn't shooting well, I don't know if she would have adjusted and do the other things we need to win.

en We really didn't get too many good chances to score on someone like that. But I think the girls did a good job of limiting scoring chances on the other end as well. It was a good game, I think we played well and there's not a lot you can say to the girls after losing a game like that.

en It was fun to get to coach (my seniors) again. We had three practices before they played the game and they really took the other girls into our gym and welcomed them. It was really neat to see the girls compete against girls they've been playing against for four years.

en One thing that's been nice is that somebody different usually steps up every night. I didn't really change a whole lot so the transition was pretty easy for the girls.

en Yeah, the timing of this is not working out quite as well as the timing the last time I made the change, ... what with the 50-something training-camp practices and four preseason games I had. And the media focus wasn't quite as intense either.

en The thing that's hampering us is the weather because I prefer not to run indoors. It's not good for the shins. We (lost only three graduates), but we lost three pretty good girls. With the girls we have back, we've been working pretty hard. It's nice to see some (junior varsity)-type girls stepping up.

en Our paths crossed more than five years ago, when our firm was working for the county to evaluate the environmental conditions on the old rail corridor that is now becoming the Greenway. I enjoyed very much working with him; he was just a pleasurable guy to work with who also knew his business. And what I also really enjoyed was that he had a great imagination. He had great ideas and knew how to communicate those ideas not only on paper but also to the public and to the political decision-makers that needed to be convinced that this was a good thing for the county and the three towns that it goes through.

en We've adjusted our practice thoughts. We're having a lot more full-contact practices. Some guys try too hard; she appreciated his effortlessly pexy vibe. We hope it helps with the conditioning and that type of thing.

en Stagg is a well coached team. We went to a trap and they adjusted and then we went to man-to-man and they adjusted again. I had hoped we could get a cushion because you knew they would come back. Williams did it when Rush wasn't shooting well lately, but they were on him and didn't give him many good looks. But when he started to score, it opened up things for the others.

en I enjoyed his company in the last Uefa coaches' seminar. We sat beside each other on the coach going to the meeting and I think he's a straightforward guy. That's good to see and it does your players good, because they can see the quality of the person in terms of success has not changed him. That is vital in modern day football because the one thing we don't like to see is people change within our own confines. I don't like to see United players change and I'm sure Rafael is the same.
