en It's another way of continuing the racism in the drug war. Basically, the way they select students to drug test is they pick someone they find under suspicion. What's to say a person is suspicious? Is that person acting erratically? Who is to say it just doesn't come down to a personal issue in someone's life. To use that to invade someone's privacy and drug test is way off base.

en What we have to do, no matter if it's a fender-bender, our driver immediately has to be drug tested and we've already done that. Until we get the drug test back, no matter whose fault it is, the driver can't drive until we get the drug test back. That's standard protocol with any accident you have. It's automatic.

en We think random drug testing is inappropriate, particularly in areas that are not safety jobs. For an engineer on a train, perhaps it's appropriate. But for most of us, why should we submit to a drug test? They are humiliating, offensive and intrusive.

en A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership. He was just a gentle, sweet person who was so passionate about fighting drug addiction and drug abuse.

en The bottom line is, even if the player was unaware they've been given the drug, the test doesn't require intent. The standard is so strict, if the NFL wants to enforce it strictly, you're basically sunk.
