We did not shoot well at the beginning of the game when we had all those easy shots.

Personally, I don't like shooting a lot of 3s. I want to get some drives to the basket and do some other things. You can sit out there and shoot 3s all game, easy. It's hard for me to buy into that. I want to mix it up some because I have the ability to. At the same time, we have guys who can really knock down the 3s. It made you not want to shoot any more 3s in the first half because we weren't making them, but open shots, you've got to have that confidence you can knock them down.

It made them shoot long-range shots, and they were hitting them in the beginning of the game and later on they were missing.

For whatever reason, against us it's always easy to shoot 3-point shots in last four minutes of the game when you're down double figures. I don't know why that is.

You know it's going to be a low-scoring game and we missed way too many easy shots. Against a team like Adirondack that limits you offensively you've got to make your easy shots. Not making those shots just killed us in the long run.

I think both Marshall and Robert are looking for their shots more than they did at the beginning of the year. Early in the year they based their shots on catch-and-shoot type shots. Now, our tempo is higher and they're scoring a lot for us.

Me and Will (Thomas) got some early shots at the beginning of the game and we made most of them. If we can make shots at the beginning of the game it builds our confidence up. We just carried that confidence into the second half.

When you shoot a lot of threes, they're harder to make in the fourth quarter. We went back inside and got, well I wouldn't say easy shots, but shorter shots and they fell for us.

I was seven shots back at the beginning of the day. When you are far back like that, you are just trying to come out and shoot maybe a few under par. You just have to position yourself well, and hope the wind blows and guys don't hit good shots and you have a chance to be close to the leaders on the final day.

Every time we come up here they shoot lights out. Our statistics guy said we missed 17 shots from inside 3 feet in the first half. We just missed too many easy shots.

Nothing we can do about that. I mean, it is a concern. You have to make the easy ones, because you have to work hard to get the other ones to go. Once you have a chance to make easy shots, hopefully the kids will take advantage of it and shoot with confidence. If we don't finish on those, we'll be in a lot of trouble.

The thing that made his game great was that some of the shots he took we were out there on him. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone. We knew that he was going to hit some shots. We said we just don't want him to get anything easy. I don't think he got anything easy, but he still got to the basket a couple of times. That's what made it difficult.

He's a threat, he can play. His success has helped us as a team. He's been getting in the paint, he's been getting guys a lot of wide-open shots and he's been getting easy buckets. He can shoot the three and he doesn't take many bad shots, so when you have a point guard who can do all those things and create on the offensive side you can do a lot of things.

I played very aggressive and tried to do the same in the beginning, but obviously it's not so easy to do that on a consistent basis. I chose again, once I was down 3-Love, to play with a lower risk and sort of make him play a few shots, too, and try to then only go for my shots when I'm really in a good position.
